Couch to 5k

I'm doing the couch to 5k. I started off on week 2 because of exercise I feel pretty comfortable. I think I could have started on week 3, but decided to not push it too hard. I am also about to start adding in swimming again. I look so forward to it.

Right now I've lost 15 lbs from my top weight, I still have another 45 lbs to go. I don't know if I'll be satisfied if I lose less than that, probably. As long as I feel fit.

I think I'll take it week by week. The holidays were hard, but I'm back on track.
